Entry Form - 2008 Competition

Congratulations! If you have reached this page it means that you have been nominated by one of the professors in your graduate counseling education programs for entry into the 2008 ACA Ross Trust Scholarship Program. You should have received an email acknowledging your nomination and providing you with a tracking number.

Please enter that tracking number now:
[Note: If you have not received a nomination email and tracking number, but do wish to enter and have a professor who has indicated a willingness to nominate you, please do not fill out the form on this page, but rather go to the alternative entry page.]

We have tried to keep the entry procedure as simple as possible. For Masters level students it requires only two, one-page essays. Doctoral students are asked to submit one additional page related to their research and publications work.

Please fill in all the requested information below. Incomplete entry applications will not be considered for the competition.

You may complete the longer statement sections of this application either by directly entering the material on this page, or by copying and pasting from a word processor.
